QVAULT

Legal Disclaimer

Last updated: 12 August 2026

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only. Your access to and use of QVAULT products and services is subject to the applicable Terms of Service, together with any additional terms that may apply to specific products, payment services, merchant services, or third-party providers.

No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, nor does any information constitute a recommendation or solicitation to acquire, sell, hold, or transact in any digital asset.

You are responsible for assessing whether any product, service, transaction, or digital asset is appropriate for your circumstances and for obtaining independent professional advice where necessary.

Self-Custody

QVAULT is designed as a self-custodial wallet. Users retain control of their private keys and digital assets.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, devices, and other access credentials. Loss or compromise of this information may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

QVAULT may not be able to recover, reverse, restore, or replace digital assets or wallet access where private keys or recovery credentials have been lost, compromised, or disclosed.

Digital Asset Risks

Digital assets involve significant risk and may experience substantial price volatility or loss of value.

Transactions and asset availability may also be affected by blockchain network conditions, protocol changes, forks, network congestion, cybersecurity incidents, smart-contract vulnerabilities, liquidity conditions, regulatory developments, or other circumstances outside QVAULT’s control.

Digital assets held through a self-custodial wallet are not bank deposits and may not benefit from deposit insurance, investor compensation, or similar protections unless expressly stated otherwise under an applicable service.

Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted or confirmed.

You are responsible for reviewing all transaction information before authorisation, including the destination address, network, asset, amount, and applicable fees.

QVAULT cannot guarantee the recovery or reversal of funds sent to an incorrect address, through an incorrect or unsupported network, or as a result of information approved by the user.

Payments, Processing, and Third-Party Services

Certain fiat payment, card, alternative payment method, conversion, settlement, banking, merchant processing, or related services may be provided or facilitated by independent third-party service providers.

Availability may depend on jurisdiction, merchant category, underwriting, compliance requirements, processor availability, payment method, currency, transaction characteristics, and other applicable conditions.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility requirements, and regulatory arrangements.

References to third-party brands or payment methods do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Settlement Times and Commercial Features

References to “instant”, “accelerated”, “fast”, or similar transaction or settlement functionality describe intended or potentially available functionality and do not guarantee completion within a particular period.

Actual transaction and settlement times may depend on blockchain networks, payment processors, banking partners, currencies, compliance reviews, technical conditions, and other circumstances outside QVAULT’s control.

Merchant features, including processing arrangements, reserve terms, settlement options, chargeback tools, payment methods, and commercial rates, are subject to eligibility, underwriting, jurisdiction, processor availability, applicable law, and the relevant merchant or service agreement.

Chargeback or risk-management tools are intended to assist merchants but cannot guarantee that disputes or chargebacks will be prevented, reversed, or successfully defended.

Product Availability

QVAULT products, services, digital assets, networks, payment methods, integrations, and features may not be available in every jurisdiction and may be changed, restricted, suspended, or discontinued.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide a product or service where doing so would be unlawful or otherwise prohibited.

Descriptions, interfaces, integrations, API examples, product specifications, and other materials displayed on this website may be illustrative and are subject to change. Users and businesses should rely on the applicable current documentation and contractual terms when using a QVAULT service.

No Guarantee

QVAULT seeks to provide accurate and current information but does not guarantee that all website content will at all times be complete, accurate, available, or up to date.

Security measures are designed to reduce risk but no wallet, blockchain, payment system, network, software application, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or uninterrupted.

Terms of Service

This Disclaimer should be read together with the applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific, merchant, processing, or third-party terms.

If there is any inconsistency between this Disclaimer and contractual terms governing a particular QVAULT service, the applicable contractual terms will govern to the extent permitted by law.
